Update on our response to COVID-19

Due to the ongoing pandemic, all in person worship services, gatherings, and activities at the church are cancelled until further notice.  This includes studies, U.M.W. groups, M.Y.F., prayer group, and all committee meetings.  We are having some committee meetings and Bible studies meet online using Zoom. Worship services will be recorded on Fridays and made available through this website and our Facebook page by the weekend.  Services will also be broadcast on our local cable channels.  If you would like a DVD of the service, along with a printed copy of the bulletin, mailed to you, let us know by calling the church office.  Links to the bulletin, worship service, and sermon only are included below.  We also have a sermon podcast if you prefer listening that way.

Welcome

As a United Methodist congregation, we are seeking to follow Jesus Christ to the best of our ability.  We do not claim to be perfect or to always get it right, but we are seeking to live according to the example of Jesus.  We believe Jesus came into this world to teach us about God’s love and that he died and rose from the dead to forgive us of our sins and, ultimately, to renew the world.  We believe faith is a journey, and we are all at different places along that journey. Wherever you are on the journey, you are welcome to take the next step with us.

Our Mission and Vision

Mission

Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

Vision

Our vision is how we accomplish the mission.  We believe the best way to grow in our faith is to connect with one another and God through worship, foundational classes and fellowship, to grow in our faith through small groups, and to serve others in ministry.
